We’re building a community-powered directory to help people with disabilities, families, and caregivers find essential resources. Your submission helps expand access to life-changing services.

You can submit:

• Local nonprofits or support groups
• Medical equipment providers or home care services
• Recreation and adaptive sports programs
• Housing or transportation services
• Mental health, education, or advocacy organizations
• Any local service that supports inclusion and accessibility

🛑 Please do not submit national hotlines or services without a presence in WNY.
